Sara was born in Phoenix, Arizona and relocated to the Midwest at a young age, where she has lived and built her professional career. She brings a strong educational foundation and a wide range of clinical experience to her work as a therapist.

Sara holds two Bachelor’s degrees and a Master’s degree in Social Work. She earned her first Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2008, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota in 2011. In 2022, she completed her Master of Social Work degree at the University of North Dakota.

Throughout her career, Sara has worked in diverse settings, allowing her to develop a broad and adaptable clinical skill set. Her professional experience includes working with at-risk youth, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, hospital patients, school-aged students, and young children with developmental delays. This varied background has equipped her with a deep understanding of complex family systems, developmental needs, and the social factors that impact mental health and well-being.

Since earning her Master’s degree, Sara has focused on providing individual and family therapy to children and families. She is dedicated to creating a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic environment, and she works to meet clients where they are while helping them build resilience, insight, and meaningful change.
