Our therapists incorporate traditional psychotherapeutic modalities—psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, strength-based and narrative—with mindfulness-based practices, somatic (body-based) therapies, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Family Systems.
