Professional Coach & Office Manager

Christina is a professional coach with a Master’s of Arts in Sociology. After decades of volunteering her coaching abilities, she decided to become a professional coach to further utilize her skills in helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.

Before becoming a professional coach, Christina spent many years in the public service sector, where she worked in various roles, including coordinating learning centers at a housing authority, assisting students with financial aid at a public university, supporting clients as an eligibility worker in county social services, and helping individuals with employment services. Later, she transitioned to working as an office manager for a psychotherapy practice, where she found she had a strong desire to use her talents to help people overcome challenges and create positive changes in their lives.

Christina has realized that professional coaching can be impactful not just for individuals, but for groups and organizations as well. As a life coach, Christina can assist with a variety of challenges, including:

  • Burnout and Post-Covid Strategies

  • Stress Reduction

  • Emotional Eating Reduction

  • Life Skills Building

  • Aging and Navigating Life’s Stages

  • Parenting Support and Skills Building

  • Grief and Loss

Christina is excited to help you achieve your life and work goals and looks forward to partnering with you on your journey of growth and transformation.
